Tintype Telling
This is an example of what it was like to take a photo in the mid 1800's. The Tintype (or Ferrotype) had a long exposure. The subject would have to hold still for a second to minutes. This past weekend I was out on "Bronze Bull Square" helping out with the Click! Photography Festival event. We were making 8x10 plates of people from the street.
