Very cool place to see, but seriously not at all photographer friendly. Was actually very disappointed. The Indian Reservation is only concerned about cash. There are apparently at least 5 tour companies running people through this small channel. There are so many groups being pushed through there that it is hard to even stop much less take pictures. Add this with the low light changing constantly, and your lucky to get any shots at all. I was not able to take the "photographers tour", which costs extra, due to time and tour transportation, but apparently that tour is also slaved to the masses going through the Canyon. By the way, I was told they are dropping the photographers tour in about a month....it's hindering them from pushing more people through the Canyon. Beautiful light comes through the Canyon, even though I was not there at the right time of year.
