Golden Light Rio Hato Panama
I really like the optical illusion with the water in relation to the beach. After the area the bird is standing on there is a 2-3 foot drop off in the sand where the waves have eroded the beach. With the addition of compression using a 400mm lens, I created a wall of the waves. The morning light in Rio Hato creates this beautiful gold color. I included the top area of the wave in order to counter balance the gold sand at the bottom. Dark subject on a light background and Light subject on a dark background.
